Bruce L. Endorf, age 70, of Arkansas City, Kansas, died Sunday, September 26, 2021, in Branson, Missouri. He was born March 27, 1951, to Paul Kenneth Endorf and Wanda Lee (Christy) in Arkansas City, Kansas. He graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1969 and attended Cowley Junior College. On December 7, 1972, Bruce married Rhonda Neal and the couple had two daughters: Amy and Brandy. Rhonda passed unexpectedly in 1993. Bruce was a track foreman for BNSF 38 years with retiring in 2011.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Rhonda; brother, Eddie Endorf; and grandson, Trey Ostronic.

Bruce was all things fun, friends, and family. He was Papa Bruce and a great friend to many. He did not know a stranger. Most of all, he was a loving husband and father. His goal was to make us all self-sufficient, tough, and good. He loved to have a good time, while making sure everyone else had a good time as well. Bruce was full of life, speed, and pranks. Teaching his kids how to drive— encouraging them to drive faster and not use the brake: "Just downshift and hug the curve.” He loved all things racing and spending time at the lake with family & friends.

He is survived by his wife, Delaine of the home; daughters, Amy (Bret) Grose and Brandy (Clayton) Soule of Arkansas City, Kansas; bonus children: Bodie (Danni) Wilson of Anna, Texas, Adrianne (Joshua) McVey of Arkansas City, Kansas, Blaine (Bill) Ostronic of Eudora, Colby (Amber) Wilson of Muldrow, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Braylee Wynn, Lindsay Aguinaga, Dallas Wynn, Bret Grose, Jr., Brendan Johnson, Breonna Tharp, Kyce Morgan, Kale Morgan, Braylon Wilson, Chloe Knaus, Haleigh Wilson, Brexton McVey, Hadley Wilson, Greyson Soule, and Asher Wilson; and two great-grandchildren: Blakely and Maddox Aguinaga.

Inurnment will be at the Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City, Kansas. Memorials have been established with the Northside Baptist Church youth group or the Lupus Foundation. Arrangements and cremation are the under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com
