Robert “Bob” Floy Copeland, age 84, of Branson, Missouri, passed away June 20, 2018. He entered this world July 14, 1933, in Lindsay, Oklahoma, the firstborn son of Millard and Oneta (Greer) Copeland. His parents and first wife Helen (Guzman) Copeland have preceded him in death.

Bob was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, cousin, and dear friend to many. He served his country in the U.S. Army assigned to Battery A, 87th Armored Field Battalion. He boxed in the Army, winning the post lightweight championship.

Early in life, Bob began his career in real estate as a broker and later as a land developer in Orange County, California, where he partnered with his brother, Jerry L. Copeland. Together they built hundreds of homes and many resorts, and had many successful ventures in the hospitality, entertainment, and restaurant industry.

Upon moving to Branson in 1995, Bob got into the theatre business and produced the first 50’s Rock and Roll show, the 50’s At The Hop show which had a very successful run. He co-produced other award-winning shows over the span of 18 years.

Bob is survived by his loving wife and partner of 35 years, Roberta Snow Copeland; their five children: Debbie Mears, Tina Rodriguez, Robert (Kimberly) L. Copeland, Kris (Dayna) Snow, and Krystal (Royce) York; eleven grandchildren: Kimberly (Jamie) Bacon, Denise (Eric) Green, Derek Rodriguez, Breanna Munier, Tamara Rodriguez, Kiana Snow, Kalea Snow, Lilija Snow, Lyrik Snow, Colin York, and Kaitlyn York; five great-grandchildren: Joey Bacon, Hannah Bacon, Kyrstin Munier, Sophia Munier, and Ezekial Green; two brothers: Jerry (Jennifer) Copeland, and Glen (Cathy) Copeland; and his nieces and nephews.

Bob will be fondly remembered as funny and witty, a lover of country music, and brilliant with numbers and building; but most of all remembered for his love and thirst for God, his country, and his family whom he loved unconditionally.
