John Joseph Fargo Jr., 73, passed away after a difficult struggle with cancer on Sunday, January 6, 2019, in Branson, MO.  He was born on May 13, 1944, in Bell, CA, to John and Katheryn Fargo. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

 John spent the majority of his childhood and adult life living in the Yuba-Sutter, CA area, where he worked with his father in their family business of Young’s Jewelers of Marysville, CA, and later of Yuba City, CA. John later moved to Branson, MO in 2005, where he enjoyed working in the local community and serving as a member of the Knights of Columbus at Our Lady of the Ozarks Catholic Church, Forsyth, MO. John’s great passion in his life was fishing. He rarely missed an opportunity to drop a line. John will be well missed by his family and his many friends, including his second family at Branson Grand Village, Branson, MO.

 He was preceded in death by his father and mother as well as his sister, Marilyn Stephenson and brother-in-law, Stanley Dunn.

  John is survived by an extensive family, including his wife, Patricia Fargo of Branson, MO; his three children: Todd Walker of Napa, CA, Kimberly Levasseur of Sacramento, CA, and Matthew Fargo of Honolulu, HI; Patricia’s two sons: Robert and Darrell Amos; and his four grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Patricia Lauhban of Falmough, MA.
