Jim Lindley Sears, age 65, of Omaha, Arkansas, passed away on January 2, 2019. Jim was born June 21, 1953, in French Camp, California, to Neal and Naomi Luvene (Snowden) Sears. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

Jim proudly served our country in the United States Marie Corps. He was a man of many talents, including drawing. He loved working on cars and collecting model cars; they were a passion of his. He was a skilled knife sharpener and enjoyed taking the time and care to make sure a blade was perfect every time. He was also a family man with a large group of people in his life. He worked in the restaurant industry and took pride in his work there as well.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Neal and Naomi Luvene Sears.

Jim is survived by his wife, Cheryl Ann (Coleman) Sears of 43 years and her companion, Thomas Paradiso; one son, Jason Sears of Omaha, Arkansas; one daughter, Jennifer (Ryan Pasay) Bosley of Green Forest, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; five sisters: Charlotte (Steven) Kunz of Omaha, Arkansas, Debbie (Johnny) Walker of Green Forest, Arkansas, Eva (Arlis) Walker of Green Forest, Arkansas, Rebecca (Rick Robison) Groves of Ridgedale, Missouri, and Leslie (Ivan Wilkins) Gagliardi of Omaha, Arkansas.
