Tommy Loven of Bolivar, MO, passed away at the age of 68 on August 3, 2018.  He grew up in the Bois D’Arc area, the son of Stanley and Melva Landers who preceded him in death.

Tom was always an animal lover with a soft spot for cats and dogs.  He loved wild life both for viewing and hunting.  He loved to hunt for turkey and deer as well as coyotes.  Fishing was also one of his passions.  As a young man he loved raising and riding horses and driving classic cars.  He was known for his sharp wit and teasing manner.  He enjoyed spending his evenings playing Scrabble and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball games.

According to Tom’s wishes his body will be cremated.  There will be a Celebration of Life gathering at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.  Online condolences may be made at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.
